Marie-Lou Laplante

Resource teacher at the Institut des troubles de l’apprentissage

Marie-Lou began her career in education as a special needs teacher. She quickly became interested in remedial instruction, and has specialized in the field for the past 15 years. As an educational consultant, she gives teachers the tools they need to adopt inclusive, differentiated teaching methods in regular classrooms. Marie-Lou has also helped develop reading and writing tools to support students with learning disorders.
